OTEVŘENO, z.s.

A non-profit organisation seeking to transform and develop education through innovative training of teachers. At the beginning, there was an initiative of Masaryk University Faculty of Education students responding to the unsatisfactory content of the study. A beneficial association was established thereafter, which currently has branches throughout the Czech Republic. In the course of its existence, the Association has already made significant achievements:  Restoration of the student sectoral councils that take an active part in the quality and changes of study in faculties of education. Implementation of the “Mapping of Innovation in Teacher Education” represents a modern tool to promote a system change at the university level and Czech educational policy in general.
