Since 2010, a teacher of media education at the Prague Na Zatlance Grammar School and the Faculty of Philosophy, Charles University, Prague, co-founder of the Teachers Platform to support the improvement of quality in education.

Mr Kaderka has been dedicated to media education aimed at improving the media literacy of pupils in the long term. This includes acquiring knowledge of the functioning and social role of current media. Supports mastering of skills to enable active and independent pupil participation in media communication and the ability to analyse the messages offered by the media.

We are fully aware of the social impacts of the mass use of modern technologies. If they are not to become a dangerous threat, media education must be provided at all stages of the education process.
