Frank Bold – Reconstruction of the state
Frank Bold is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation of lawyers providing legal services and protecting clients from illegal actions of the State. The Reconstruction of the State is one of its key projects aimed at promoting anti-corruption laws, putting them into practice and defending them against attempts at evading these laws. Since 2013, the Reconstruction of the State, in cooperation with other 11 non-governmental organisations, managed to force through 8 key laws that systematically limit the opportunity for corruption (transparent financing of political parties and election campaigns, electronic assets declarations as of the office start date, publication of contracts on the Internet, cancellation of anonymous shares and transparent legislative process without amendments).
