2. General Operating Support: We commonly provide grants for the organization’s overall operations, not just specific projects.
3. Long-term Commitments: We prefer multi-year partnerships, often looking three years ahead.
4. Vision in Context: We seek partners with a long-term vision and a deep understanding of the context in which they work.
5. Systemic Scope: We primarily collaborate with organizations focused on systemic change—improvements that positively and permanently affect large numbers of people.
6. Data and Learning: We expect partners to verify their impact, work with data, and continuously learn.
7. Minimal Bureaucracy: We strive to reduce unnecessary paperwork so organizations can focus on the core of their expert work.
8. Support Beyond Funding: Where it makes sense, we help beyond the grant—through networking, educational opportunities, and mentoring.
